Tyler has enjoyed a four-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will  challenge the Cameron Dragons at 5:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
 On Tuesday,  everything went Tyler's way against Wirt County as Tyler made off with  an  11-1 win.
  Owen Westbrook was a major factor no matter where he played. He  didn't allow a single  earned run and  only one  hit over four innings pitched. Westbrook has been consistent recently: he hasn't  given up  more than two  hits in five consecutive pitching appearances. Westbrook was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while going 3-for-4.
 In other batting news,  Ethan Clark was  incredible,  going 3-for-3 with three  runs, a  triple,  and a  double.  Tyler Ferrell was another key contributor,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-3.
 Meanwhile, Cameron won against Valley  on Monday with 17  runs and they decided to stick to that  run total again  on Monday. Cameron put the hurt on Notre Dame with a sharp  17-1 victory. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for Cameron.
 Like Tyler, Cameron also got a great game from a two-way player:  Soier Reed. He looked comfortable on the mound,   striking out seven batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit (and not a single walk). Reed was also big at the plate,  going 1-for-2 with two  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Bo O'Neil was  incredible,  scoring three  runs while  getting on base  in all three of his plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Kason Angel, who  scored two  runs and  stole two bases.
 Tyler is  on a roll lately: they've  won 11 of their last 13 matchups,  which provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record  this season. As for Cameron, their record is now 14-4.
 Wednesday's   game might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Tyler has hit smart this season,  having  averaged  an OBP of .457. However, it's not like Cameron struggles in that department as   they've  averaged .448. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
 Tyler was able to grind out a solid  win over Cameron when the teams last played  back in April of 2023, winning  4-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Tyler since the  team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
