Jalen English was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 25 points and 12 rebounds. English is absolutely dominating the block category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season. DJ Herring was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with eight rebounds.
When it comes to explaining why Konos Academy lost, one person who can't be blamed is Aaron Cramer. Despite the final result, he scored 17 points along with eight rebounds and three steals. Another player making a difference was Ben Swann, who scored 12 points.
Trinity Christian School of Griffin pushed their record up to 15-3 with that win, which was their eighth straight at home. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.0 points per game. As for Konos Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-10.
