Considering the Roughriders have won nine matches by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.
Ruby Frish made a splash no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only two hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. She has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with two runs and one RBI. That's the most runs she has posted since back in April of 2024.
