Dover have had to suffer through a 3-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They were the clear victor by a 38-14 margin over Spaulding. That's another feather in the cap for Dover, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
The win bumped Dover's record up to 2-3. Spaulding are still searching for that first win as they fell to 0-5.
Dover will take on Portsmouth/Oyster River at home at 7:00 PM next week. Portsmouth/Oyster River took a loss in their last match and are no doubt out to reverse Dover's good fortune. As for Spaulding, they will face off against Exeter. The squad will be hoping to continue their now three-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last.
