Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Bergen Tech, and their match last Friday only extended their streak of losses to six. They were given a punishing 0-47 defeat at the hands of Hackensack. Bergen Tech were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-33.
Sussex County Tech's win lifted them to 3-3 while Bergen Tech's loss dropped them down to 0-6. In their win, Sussex County Tech relied heavily on junior Brendan Hall, who rushed for 248 yards and 3 touchdowns. Bergen Tech will need to find a way to minimize his impact if they want to win.
