Crest has enjoyed the comforts of home their last three games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will face off against the Northeast Vikings at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Northeast took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Crest, who comes in off a win.
Last Friday, Crest beat Marmaton Valley 49-40. The win was just what Crest needed coming off of a 57-32 defeat in their prior game.
Meanwhile, Northeast came up short against Galena on Tuesday and fell 57-49. Northeast has not had much luck with Galena recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
The victory got Crest back to even at 5-5. As for Northeast, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-6.
Crest strolled past Northeast when the teams last played back in February of 2023 by a score of 45-30. The rematch might be a little tougher for Crest since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
