Holden barely beat Slaughter Community Charter the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Holden Rockets never let the Slaughter Community Charter Knights get on the board and left with a 12-0 win on Saturday. Considering the Rockets have won four matchups by more than ten runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

Holden's victory bumped their record up to 6-4. As for Slaughter Community Charter, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Looking ahead, Holden is taking a road trip to take on Varnado at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Holden is facing Varnado at the right time seeing as Varnado is stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Slaughter Community Charter, they will challenge Delta Charter at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
