Achievement First will head out on the road to face off against the Classical Magnet Gladiators at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
Last Friday, Achievement First took a serious blow against Windsor Locks, falling 81-28. Achievement First has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Meanwhile, Classical Magnet had to kick off their season on the road on Thursday, but they showed no ill effects. They walked away with a 56-47 victory over Bulkeley.
Achievement First bumped their record down to 0-2 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Classical Magnet, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.
Achievement First might still be hurting after the 62-40 loss they got from Classical Magnet when the teams last played back in February. Can Achievement First avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
