The Episcopal Knights will face off against the Bunkie Panthers at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
 With a playoff game on the line, Episcopal rose to the challenge  on Friday. They breezed by King Charter at home  to the tune of  50-6. With Episcopal ahead  36-6 at the half, the  match was all but over already.
  Braeden George was a one-man wrecking crew for Episcopal as he rushed for 192 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 12.0 yards per carry. George was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash  that went for 69 yards.  Walker Dauzat got in on the action  as well, converting a pick into a touchdown.
 Meanwhile, Bunkie was fully in charge two weeks ago, breezing past Marksville 47-12 at home. The  victory made it back-to-back wins for Bunkie.
 The  victory (which was Episcopal's fourth in a row) raised their record to 8-3. That said, the team wasn't facing the toughest opposition over that stretch, as it included 2-8 Northeast and 3-7 King Charter (their opponents had an average overall winning percentage of 36.1% over those games). As for Bunkie, their victory bumped their record up to 9-1.
