Clark was handed a heart-breaking two-run  defeat in their last  matchup, but they sure didn't let that happen against Cheyenne  on Tuesday.  Kellen Anunson made a splash while hitting and pitching. He  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only  one  hit over four innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't  given up  more than one  walk in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box,  going 1-for-2 with two  runs. Clark is 8-2 when  Anunson posts two or  more  runs, but 4-9 otherwise.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Bryan Humes, who  went 2-for-4 with four  RBI, one  stolen base,  and one  run. He has become a key player for Clark: the team is 4-1 when he posts  at  least  three  RBI, but 8-10 otherwise.  EJ Rivera also deserves some recognition as  he  snagged his first  stolen base of the season.
