There's no place like home for the Bordentown Scotties, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road on Monday. They walked away with a 57-44 win over Pennsauken on Wednesday. For those curious, yes, that was the biggest victory Bordentown has managed all season.
Bordentown got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Myles Hansford out in front who scored 16 points. Those 16 points set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Eunmin Choi, who scored nine points along with four steals.
The win got Bordentown back to even at 2-2. As for Pennsauken, they bumped their record down to 0-2 with that loss, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bordentown won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Westampton Tech at 6:30 p.m. on December 21st. Hopefully Westampton Tech focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 26 on Wednesday. Pennsauken won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Holy Cross at 5:15 p.m. on December 21st.
