Windsor Locks is 8-2 against East Granby since January of 2019, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Monday. Last Friday, it was a hard-fought match, but Windsor Locks had to settle for a 42-39 loss against Suffield. Windsor Locks has struggled against Suffield recently, as their match on Friday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was Jasmine Hurdle, who scored 15 points. She has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last three times she's played. Caroline McGinnis was another key contributor, scoring six points.
Meanwhile, East Granby was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Friday as they fell 48-44 to Sports & Medical Sciences Academy.
Windsor Locks' loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for East Granby, their defeat was their seventh straight at home, which dropped their record down to 8-10.
Windsor Locks didn't have too much breathing room in their game against East Granby when the teams last played back in January, but they still walked away with a 26-22 victory.
