Meanwhile, West Florida Baptist Academy earned a 53-46 victory over Gulf Pointe Latin on Tuesday. 53 seems to be a good number for West Florida Baptist Academy as the team scooped up a win with the same number of points in their previous game.
West Florida Baptist Academy's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Makenna Enfinger, who scored 14 points along with 5 rebounds, and Olivia Pearce, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 10 rebounds. That makes it nine consecutive games in which Pearce has scored at least 25% of West Florida Baptist Academy's points. Addison Johnson was another key contributor, scoring 13 points along with 5 rebounds.
Their wins lifted both teams to an identical 1-2.
