Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Morrilton walked away with it. They blew past the Nettleton Raiders 55-26 on Friday. Considering the Devil Dogs have won five matchups by more than 27 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Morrilton has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 43.3 points over those games. As for Nettleton, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-5.

Morrilton will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Hot Springs at 7:00 p.m. on the 21st. Nettleton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
