There's no place like home for Lewisville, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They never let the Midlands STEM Charter Mavericks get on the board and left with a 15-0 win on Friday. The result was nothing new for the Lions, who have now won seven contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Lewisville's victory was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-4. The home wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.1 runs over those games. As for Midlands STEM Charter, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-5.
