The Spartans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matches by 30 points or more this season.

Perhaps the best among them was Anna Schlichter, who went 6 of 13 on her way to 14 points and seven steals. Schlichter is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in the last five games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Gussie Hoffman, who posted 13 points.
Roger Bacon's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-8. As for Northwest, their loss was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-11.
Roger Bacon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 52-33 defeat against Summit Country Day on the 11th. As for Northwest, they will venture away from home to face off against St. Bernard-Elmwood Place at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
