Windsor Central let Bainbridge-Guilford stack four runs on them in the fifth inning on Tuesday but luckily Windsor Central prevailed anyway. The Black Knights came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bobcats, sneaking past 8-7. The win continues a trend for the Black Knights in their matchups with the Bobcats: they've now won three in a row.

Emily Flagg and Taitum Guarino did most of the damage at the plate: Flagg went 2-for-3 with two runs and one double, while Guarino went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and two RBI. That's the most RBI Guarino has posted since back in March.

Windsor Central's victory bumped their record up to 8-11. As for Bainbridge-Guilford, they dropped their record down to 5-6 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Looking ahead, Windsor Central is taking a road trip to square off against Lansing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bainbridge-Guilford, they will be playing at home against Seton Catholic Central at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
