Madison kept a clean sheet against Draughn on Wednesday. They were the clear victors by a 5-0 margin over the Wildcats. Considering Madison have won four games by more than two goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Draughn from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal.

Madison is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4-1 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 24 goals over those six contests. As for Draughn, they dropped their record down to 1-11-1 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

Madison will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on NCSSM: Morganton at 5:30 p.m. on the 22nd. NCSSM: Morganton will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Madison surely won't give up without a fight. As for Draughn, they will be playing at home against Mitchell at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Draughn are facing Mitchell at the right time seeing as Mitchell are stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
