He has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Rafael Santamaria, who scored four points along with two blocks.
Los Angeles Leadership Academy struggled to work together and finished the game with only four assists. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
Even though Rise Kohyang has not done well against Animo De La Hoya recently (they were 0-9 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Thursday. Rise Kohyang walked away with a 39-30 victory over Animo De La Hoya. That looming 39-30 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Rise Kohyang yet this season.
Los Angeles Leadership Academy has been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-7 record this season. As for Rise Kohyang, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-7.
