There's no place like home for Minden, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They were the clear victor by a 66-42 margin over the Northwood Falcons on Tuesday. The Crimson Tide have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Minden's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 18-6. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 28.5 points. As for Northwood, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 12-21 record this season.

Minden and Northwood should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Louisiana Rankings. Minden (ranked 64th) will meet Southwood (ranked 265th) at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Similarly, Northwood will take on Loyola College Prep at 7:30 p.m. on Friday up 935 places (243 vs. 1178).
