Columbia kicked off their season on the road on Thursday and hit a couple of potholes. They were beaten by the Cartersville Hurricanes 44-0. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia football rankings (they are ranked 151st, while the Hurricanes are ranked 19th).
