On Friday Baboquivari take on Bowie/San Simon at 7:00 PM. Both teams have had a rocky road up to this point with three consecutive losses for Baboquivari and four for Bowie/San Simon.
It's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 20-74, which was the final score in Baboquivari's tilt against Valley Union last week.
Meanwhile, Bowie/San Simon suffered a grim 14-46 defeat to NFL Yet Academy. Bowie/San Simon were down by 6-38 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
Given their recent losses, both teams have a little extra motivation heading into this weekend. We'll see which team satisfies their hunger and which team leaves with an empty stomach.
