Castlewood had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They crushed DeSmet 38-0. That result is just more of the same for Castlewood, who also won the last time these teams played. This was the first game for both teams, giving Castlewood a 1-0 record and starting DeSmet off at 0-1.
Next week, Castlewood take on Deubrook at 7:00 PM. As for DeSmet, they will face of against Arlington/Lake Preston.
