Mingus barely beat Anthem Prep the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Marauders blew past the Eagles 11-3 on Saturday. The Marauders not only won on Saturday, but they posted their biggest win since March 11th (when they won 24-0).

The win made it two in a row for Mingus and bumps their season record up to 5-10. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 12.0 runs over those games. As for Anthem Prep, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Mingus will face off against Prescott at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Marauders are facing the Badgers at the right time seeing as the Badgers are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Anthem Prep, they will head out on the road to face off against North Valley Christian Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Monday. The Lions have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 17.43 runs per game on average), something the Eagles will no doubt try to take advantage of.
