Savannah Crout put up the most strikeouts she's had since back in March on Friday. She struck out nine batters over seven innings while giving up just one earned run off six hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one walk in four consecutive appearances.

Crout's strong effort led Sebastopol over Ingomar and she'll get a chance to do so again: the teams have a rematch scheduled on Saturday.
