Duncan had to travel to play their first game of the season, and the final result was worth the trip. Everything went their way against Putnam City West on Friday as they made off with a 35-7 win. Putnam City West can consider this payback for the 15-16 loss they dealt Duncan the last time the teams encountered one another. The game leaves both teams with the exact same record at 0-0.
Duncan will be defending their home turf for the first time next week when they go up against Elgin at 7:00 PM. Putnam City West are packing up and heading on the road for the first time this season. They face off against Putnam City North next week at 7:00 PM.
