Carter Triplett Delivers Best Effort of Season
Christian Heritage was led to victory by Carter Triplett, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Triplett rushed for 96 yards and two touchdowns on only 13 carries, and also threw for 183 yards and four touchdowns on only 17 passes.

Zayden Cook continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his ninth-straight game (dating back to last season) with at least 158 rushing yards. He rushed for 206 yards and two touchdowns. He showed off some serious burst, cutting through the defense on one rush that went for 53 yards.
Chattooga's defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 5-3. Cook and Chattooga will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Dade County at 7:30 p.m. on October 25th.

Dustin Day Turns in Season-Best Performance
Gordon Lee was led to victory by Dustin Day, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Day threw for 216 yards and three touchdowns while completing 84.6% of his passes, and also punched in a rushing score.
On the year, Day has thrown 9 touchdowns while averaging 126 passing yards per game. He is looking even better than he did last year: after eight games last season, he had one passing touchdown.
