Rock Island came tearing into Friday's match with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 33.7 points), and they left with even more momentum. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Alleman Pioneers 65-21. The Rocks have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Rock Island pushed their record up to 25-4 with the victory, which was their 16th straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.3 points over those games. As for Alleman, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-24.

Coming up, Rock Island and Rockford Auburn will face off at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest, having both just played. As for Alleman, they will host Galesburg at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
