Catholic Central has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 contests by 20 points or more this season.
Catholic Central found their leader in underclassman Darien Moore, who shot 5-for-9 from deep and dropped a double-double on 41 points and 14 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Moore has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Sei'Mir Roberson, who scored 16 points along with seven assists and five steals.
Catholic Central's win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-1. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 82.2 points per game. As for Ichabod Crane, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 12-6 record this season.
Catholic Central didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 84-52 victory vs. La Salle Institute on the 9th. Ichabod Crane has also already played their next matchup, a 66-46 loss against Lansingburgh on the 9th.
