St. Paul Central is a perfect 10-0 against Como Park since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Wednesday. The Minutemen will challenge the Cougars at 4:30 p.m. St. Paul Central is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 6.4 runs per game this season.
St. Paul Central came out on top against Washington Tech on Monday thanks in part to the team's impressive seven-run fourth inning. The Minutemen put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 13-3 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Minutemen.
Cooper Entenman made a big impact no matter where he played. He struck out six batters over three innings while giving up just two earned runs off one hit. He is becoming a predictor of St. Paul Central's success: when he allows at most two earned runs the team is 2-1 (and 5-9 when he doesn't). Entenman was also solid in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with one run and one RBI. That's the most hits he has posted since back in April.

Highland Park hit Como Park with a seven-run third inning on Monday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Cougars lost 13-1 to the Scots. The Cougars haven't had much luck with the Scots recently, as the team has come up short the last eight times they've met.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Wednesday as neither team is afraid to steal. However, it's not like Como Park struggles in that department as they've been averaging 4 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
