 Cassidy Perry made a splash no matter where she played. She  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only  one  hit while striking out 11 over four innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  given up  more than one  walk in three consecutive appearances. She was also stellar in the batter's box,  going 3-for-5 with one  home run, two  runs,  and two  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Kailyn Eshbaugh was a standout: she scored three  runs and  stole a base while going 3-for-3. The dominant performance also gave  her a new career-high in  RBI (three). Another player making a difference was  Saige Rankin, who  got on base  in four of her five plate appearances with five  RBI and two  runs.
 Manchester  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 13  hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  got at least eight  hits in five consecutive  contests.
