Silsbee got themselves on the board against West Orange-Stark on Tuesday, but West Orange-Stark never followed suit. They put the hurt on the Mustangs with a sharp 13-0 win. Considering the Tigers have won nine matchups by more than seven runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Matsyn Morris was a major factor no matter where he played. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out nine over five innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts he has posted since back in March. He was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 2-for-3.

In other batting news, Silsbee got a massive performance out of Mikey Moshier, who went a perfect 4-for-4 with three runs, two doubles, and one triple. Those four hits gave Moshier a new career-high. Brendon Hughes was another key player, going 2-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one double.

Silsbee always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .571. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

With the victory, Silsbee broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 15-9-1. As for West Orange-Stark, their loss was their eighth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-17-1.

Silsbee will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Mustangs: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
