Thunderbird and Paradise Honors are an even 3-3 against one another since March of 2023, but likely not for long. The Titans will be playing at home against the Panthers at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Thunderbird comes in on five and Paradise Honors on seven.
Last Wednesday, Thunderbird got the win against Goldwater by a conclusive 20-7. Considering the Titans have won 13 contests by more than five runs this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.
Tyson Gorder made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched four innings while giving up just two earned (and two unearned) runs off five hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with three RBI and two runs.

In other batting news, Thunderbird got a massive performance out of Weston Lewis, who went 3-for-4 with four runs, one stolen base, and two RBI. Lewis has become a key player for the Titans: the team is 14-1 when he posts at least two runs, but 2-3 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Richard Voyce, who went 2-for-4 with three runs, three RBI, and one double.
Thunderbird was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. That was just more of the same: they've now posted a batting average of .320 or higher in four consecutive games.
Meanwhile, Paradise Honors never let their opponents score on Monday. They walked away with a 4-0 win over Cactus.
Thunderbird's victory bumped their record up to 16-4. As for Paradise Honors, their win bumped their record up to 14-4.
Thunderbird skirted past Paradise Honors 9-7 in their previous meeting back in April of 2025. Will the Titans repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
