Central Catholic (Modesto, Calif.) was up 59-7 at the half after taking the lead on a touchdown run by
Ray Lomas IV in the first quarter.
Rey Vega and Lomas IV ran for a bunch of touchdowns for Santa Fe Christian (Solana Beach, Calif.).
Jerry Harper played well for the Eagles. The junior running back ran for one touchdown. His performance brought his touchdown total to 12 on the year.
Santa Fe Christian's lone touchdown came on a 60-yard run by Harper in the second quarter.
SFC came in giving up 15.4 points per game this season. The Solana Beach school struggled against the Raiders' offense, which entered the game scoring 49.1 points per game. Central Catholic had given up an average of 17.7 points prior to the contest. The Eagles' seven points were well below their season average of 33.9 per game.
The loss comes after Santa Fe Christian defeated Rio Hondo Prep 30-28 last week.
