In what's become a running theme this season, the Sylacauga Aggies gave their fans yet another huge win on Wednesday. They blew past Munford 82-44 on the road. The win was familiar territory for Sylacauga who now have four in a row.
Sylacauga's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jordan Roberson led the charge by scoring 14 points along with two steals. Roberson hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. Another player making a difference was Revish Bardwell, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 11 rebounds.
Sylacauga has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-10 record this season. As for Munford, they now have a losing record at 6-7.
Sylacauga will take on Lincoln at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Lincoln will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Alabama Rankings (they are ranked 404th, while Sylacauga is ranked 181st). As for Munford, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Weaver at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
