Eunice came into Thursday's contest having lost five straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past the Port Barre Red Devils 49-25 on Thursday. The Bobcats not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since January 17th (when they won 67-43).

Eunice's victory bumped their record up to 2-6. As for Port Barre, their defeat was their ninth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 2-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eunice will be home for the holidays to greet Rayne at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Port Barre, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Crowley at 7:00 p.m. on January 5, 2026.
