Shippy posted 12 points in addition to seven rebounds and four steals, while Kenard went 6 for 10 on her way to 13 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Maddie Viles, who had eight points and eight rebounds.
Alleluia Community's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Lucy Krementz led the charge by putting up 14 points. Another player making a difference was Alley McBride, who put up 15 points.
The Habersham School's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Alleluia Community, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season.
The Habersham School will head out on the road to face off against Heritage Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on January 14th. As for Alleluia Community, they will take on Faith Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
