The First Academy Lions managed to keep up with the Heritage Christian Academy Eagles until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. First Academy took a serious blow against Heritage Christian Academy, falling 50-14. First Academy has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
First Academy's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Rylan Peacock, who scored 6 points.
First Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Heritage Christian Academy, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. First Academy will square off against Appling Christian Academy on Monday. Heritage Christian Academy will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against Coastal HomeSchool at 7:30 p.m. on December 5th.
