Wiregrass Ranch stacked  a  fifth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Thursday. They blew past the Zephyrhills Bulldogs 9-1. The  victory was just what Wiregrass Ranch needed coming off of  a  9-2 defeat in their prior  match.
  Logan Voelz tossed a big game,   keeping things locked down with   no  earned runs or hits while striking out 14 over five innings pitched. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in four consecutive pitching appearances.
 At the plate,  Ethan Barclay was  incredible,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances.  Mike Kazmorck was another key contributor,  scoring three  runs and  stealing a base while going 1-for-4.
 Wiregrass Ranch pushed their record up to 10-2 with that  win, which was their fifth straight  at home. As for Zephyrhills, they  haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-13.
 Both  squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wiregrass Ranch will have some time to savor their  victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Sunlake at 7:00  p.m.  on April 2nd. As for Zephyrhills, they will be playing at home against IMG Academy Royal at 7:00  p.m.  on Friday. IMG Academy Royal's pitching crew has only allowed 3.5  runs per game  this season, so Zephyrhills' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
