There's no place like home for Apple Springs, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. Everything went their way against Zavalla on Monday as they made off with a 13-3 win. Considering Apple Springs has won four games by more than seven runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory got Apple Springs back to even at 6-6. As for Zavalla, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Apple Springs will face off against rival Burkeville at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Zavalla is set to challenge their familiar foe Chester at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
