With a playoff win on the line, St. Anthony rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They managed a 59-55 win over the St. Dominic Bayhawks. The victory was familiar territory for the Friars, who have now won four contests in a row.

James Taylor Jr. had an outrageously good game as he shot 4-for-4 from long range and almost dropped a double-double with 21 points and nine rebounds. Thanks to that strong game, he now owns an excellent 41.8% three-point shooting accuracy. The team also got some help courtesy of Connor Mannix, who went 5-for-8 en route to 13 points and five boards.

St. Anthony's win bumped their record up to 23-3. As for St. Dominic, they moved to 11-6 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Looking ahead, St. Anthony's will face off against Canisius at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. St. Anthony's is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 61.9 points per game this season. St. Dominic does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
