Mason Markovich Earns League's Top Spot
Starting off the list is Glenwood Springs's Mason Markovich, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Markovich produced his best game of the campaign on Friday: he made ten total tackles (4.0 for loss). He was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 56 yards.
Glenwood Springs' homestand will continue as they prepare to take on Eagle Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Demons had to take a loss when they last met the Devils, but Markovich had little to do with the loss: he forced a fumble and made 11 total tackles. Can he match (or beat) that performance?
