Community Christian extended the longest winning streak in Freelance this week by beating Canyon Creek Christian Academy, 60-0. The win marks eighth in a row for the the Royals.
Community Christian took down the Cougars 60-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Aaron Haler threw for 75 yards and two touchdowns in the win.
Paul Potter's team's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. On the ground Nate White chipped in 66 yards. Stephen Bradley helped Community Christian's passing attack out by catching one ball for 14 yards.
Matt Borgerding was the best wideout in the league this week as the Royals defeated Canyon Creek Christian Academy. Borgerding racked up one reception for 59 yards.
Community Christian's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Royals feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Haler has thrown for 1227 yards and 17 touchdowns this season, while Blake Nelson has 28 catches for 481 yards. White leads the league in rushing with 1061 yards.
Community Christian led Freelance in scoring this week after putting up 60 points on Derrell Oliver's team. Haler in the win.
