Despite the loss, Foxcroft Academy got a solid performance out of Jadon Richard, who scored 22 points along with three steals. Another player making a difference was Lucas Sands, who scored 11 points along with seven rebounds.
Presque Isle's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 0-1. As for Foxcroft Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
Presque Isle was able to grind out a solid victory over Foxcroft Academy in their previous matchup back in February, winning 67-55. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Foxcroft Academy's Caden Crocker, who scored 17 points.
