Volleyball Recap: Credo's Losing Streak Snapped at Nine Games

Credo can bid farewell to their nine-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Lower Lake Trojans with a sharp 3-0 win. The Gryphon not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since March 29, 2024.

Credo never let Lower Lake on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-23, 25-16.

Credo's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for Lower Lake, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Credo will challenge Anderson Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Credo is facing Anderson Valley at the right time seeing as Anderson Valley is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Lower Lake, they will square off against Upper Lake at 5:00 p.m. on March 20th.
