Hattiesburg's  victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 8-5. As for Terry, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record  this season.
The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Hattiesburg beat Terry by a score of  16-0 later that day.
