The contest between Crimson Cliffs and Beaver wasn't particularly close, with Crimson Cliffs falling 51-37. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Crimson Cliffs in their matchups with Beaver: they've now lost three in a row.
Crimson Cliffs' defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Kinsey Plewe, who scored 13 points along with 5 rebounds and 3 steals. The contest was Plewe's third in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kenadee Richey , who scored 7 points along with 7 rebounds.
Crimson Cliffs' defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Beaver, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
Crimson Cliffs will take on Duchesne at 12:50 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully Duchesne focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 22 last Tuesday. As for Beaver, they will be playing at home against Cedar at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
