Stover had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Wednesday. Everything went their way against the Eldon Mustangs as they made off with a 68-48 victory. Teagan Morris had another great game (as she tends to do), almost dropping a double-double with 23 points and nine rebounds. What's more, she racked up seven steals, the most she's had since back in February of 2025. The team also got some help courtesy of Mia Rowland, who posted 17 points.
Stover smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive boards in ten consecutive matchups.
Eldon's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Rlee West, who earned 11 points in addition to five boards and four steals. West continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Kaydin Davis was another key player, putting up 13 points and three steals.
Stover's win bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Eldon, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-11.
