Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Sussex Tech). Everything went their way against the North Caroline Bulldogs on Thursday as the Sussex Tech Ravens made off with a 73-52 win. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Ravens as it put an end to their ten-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Sussex Tech's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-6. As for North Caroline, their defeat was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-7.

Sussex Tech will wrap up 2024 with a road trip to face off against Colonel Richardson at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. North Caroline and Indian River will round out the year against one another at at 11:45 a.m. on Monday. North Caroline is facing Indian River at the right time seeing as Indian River is stuck on a six-game losing streak.
