Enterprise was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight  defeat. They lost  3-0 to the Foothill Cougars. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cougars this season, as they also lost their prior matchup  3-0  back in September.
 While Enterprise had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-19,  25-18.
 Among those leading the charge was   M J O'Rorke, who  had 16  digs and one  assist. That's the most  digs  she has posted since back in September.  Quinn Kacalek also deserves some recognition as  she  posted her first assist of the season.
Enterprise's loss dropped their record down to 6-14. As for Foothill, the  win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 13-9.
 We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Enterprise is set to  challenge  their familiar foe Chico  at 7:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Foothill will  take on  rival Pleasant Valley  at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday.
